GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Scope
These general terms and conditions govern the reservation and stay at Casa Casoni.
2. Reservation and confirmation
The reservation shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt of any required deposit and the written confirmation from the property.
The property reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed requests within the communicated deadlines.
3. Payments
Unless otherwise specified:
• a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking;
• the balance must be paid within the day of arrival or at check-in.
Payments may be made by bank transfer, credit card or other methods accepted by the property.
Any bank or card transaction fees shall be borne by the guest.
4. Prices
Prices are expressed in euros and include only what is expressly stated in the quotation or booking confirmation.
Unless otherwise specified, tourist tax is not included.
5. Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, paid amounts will be refunded, excluding any bank or credit card fees.
For cancellations made after this deadline, in case of no-show or early departure, a penalty equal to 100% of the total stay amount will be charged.
6. Check-in and check-out
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM, unless otherwise communicated.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and incur additional charges.
7. Guest registration
According to Italian law, all guests must provide a valid ID/passport at check-in for mandatory registration purposes.
Failure to provide the required information may result in denial of accommodation.
8. Number of guests
Access to the accommodation is allowed only to the number of guests indicated in the reservation.
Additional guests must be previously authorized by the property.
9. House rules
Guests are required to:
• respect quiet hours and condominium rules;
• use the accommodation and furnishings with care;
• not organize unauthorized parties or events;
• comply with any non-smoking rules;
• correctly separate waste according to the provided instructions.
10. Security deposit and damages
The property may require a security deposit to cover possible damages.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture or equipment during their stay.
The property reserves the right to charge the related repair or replacement costs.
11. Cleaning
The accommodation is delivered clean and tidy.
Extraordinary cleaning costs resulting from particularly poor conditions may be charged separately.
12. Pets
Pets are allowed only upon prior authorization from the property and according to any specific conditions communicated in advance and incur additional charges.
13. Liability
The property shall not be liable for:
• theft, loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings;
• temporary interruptions of services beyond the property’s control (electricity, internet, water, etc.);
• force majeure events or causes not directly attributable to the property.
14. Force majeure
In the event of extraordinary circumstances or force majeure preventing the stay, the property may offer alternative solutions or refund any amounts due, without further liability.
15. Privacy
Personal data will be processed in compliance with EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and applicable laws.

16. Acceptance of terms
Confirmation of the reservation implies full acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
17. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction provided by applicable law.
